Resources for grantees
Congratulations on becoming a grant recipient of The Jeremy Willson Charitable Trust.
This page provides resources for you, including FAQs and logo downloads.
The following text should be used to describe the charity:
"The Jeremy Willson Charitable Trust (JWCT) is a charity set up in tribute to and memory of Jeremy Willson."
We ask that grant recipients spell the name of the charity correctly.
I have had a grant confirmed. What happens next?
You will receive a Grant Guidelines document which you will need to complete, sign and send back to the JWCT either by email as a scanned document or by post. You will be asked to provide your bank details so the grant can be transferred to you. once you have received the grant in your account please provide confirmation back to the JWCT by email.
What are the expectations of grant recipients?
Grant recipients are expected to provide one or two reports to the JWCT, depending on the value of the grant. Grant recipients with a project website page should also acknowledge the JWCT and use the JWCT logo on their website. Grant recipients are also asked, where possible, to 'like' the JWCT Facebook page and post a thank you on their own Facebook page linking to the JWCT Facebook page.
Grant recipients should also seek to acknowledge the JWCT in any publicity, including wearing the JWCT T-shirt in any photos. The Trustees also, where possible, seek to meet with grant recipients.
In what format should I provide reports?
Reports should be provided in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Reports should acknowledge the support of the JWCT, and include photos.
How will reports and photos be used?
The JWCT will seek to use some or all of the content from grantee reports, including photographs quotes, on the JWCT website, Facebook page or other social media. Please indicate, when you submit reports to the JWCT, if there is any content you do not wish to appear in the public domain.
How do I get a copy of the JWCT logo?
You can download the JWCT logo in various formats from the 'logo downloads' section on this page.
Can the JWCT provide any materials for promotion of the charity?
Does the JWCT provide follow-up grants?
Yes, the JWCT does consider follow-up grants for individuals and projects, however they will not be considered if the grant recipient did not, in the view of the JWCT trustees, submit high quality reports or (where possible) seek to promote the JWCT.
